But I had to share: This weekend at Bethany the unthinkable happened. I not only kissed a boy, as in I grabbed his face and laid one on him, but I kissed The Fridge. That's right, I stood on my tip toes and pressed my lips to his and made it happen. And most people won't get why I loved this part, but after I released him, his response was to pull out his chapstick and put it on while smiling at me. Oh, it finally happened. And that is all.

1:43 am - A long time coming

Well, I haven't posted in forever because to be honest, I think I'm outgrowing this whole LJ thing. It was cool for a while, but I've noticed that everyone is always posting the same things. Class was good, class was bad. Boy hurt me, boy is cute. I know that I myself am guilty of these things as well, but now that I've been away from BC for so long, I realize that I cannot stand being like that and damn me for ever embracing that kind of talk. So this is my LJ farewell. I will be looking in to see what my friends are up to from time to time, but for the most part, I do not expect to post again. Many will not care for most of the people on my "friends" list either talk to me often or not at all. I am doing well for those that do care. I am working and in the process of enrolling at Costal Carolina Univeristy. I will be attending Bethany's Homecoming as well as graduation, but other than that, I have no further plans to return to the northern half of the country. I will be visiting P and Dustin in England in November as well as my friend Bryan in Kansas in January or Febuary. If you need to contact me, my Bethany email still works as does my cell phone number. Ah, LJ, you hold some wonderful memories and I find it sad that I have since lost most of the "friends" that share these memories with me. But, choose someone over me once, shame on you. Choose someone over me twice, shame on me. And for the most part, several of you never liked me anyway, but didn't say it to me for what ever reason. To you I say, oh well. And with that I shall retire my LJ account save to comment on friends' pages or if I have something earth shattering to announce, like NKOTB reuniting. Sorry, I had to go out with a laugh.

Here we go!
In no particular order.
1. The Weasly Twins. At the same time. That is all :)
2. Sam from "The Day After Tomorrow" played by Jake Gyllenhaal. He is so sexy as a sweet and intellegent guy just trying to figure out how to hit on this girl. Then the world as we know it ends and he gets the girl. Gotta love a guy like that.
3. Emily, I'm sorry, but it must be said. Danny from "Pearl Harbor" as played by good ol' Josh Hartnett. I really didn't like this movie, but I watch it just to see that boy run around with that sexy southern accent.
4. Josh Lymann from West Wing. And I'm talking season 1-5 Josh, not this new and not improved Josh. I want my Josh to have the crazy hair, the funny complex lines, the bad and unflattering pleated pants. I want it all. On his desk.
5. Will Hunting. Intellegence is so damn sexy and Matt Damon has a smile on him that could make me do anything he'd ask.
6. Lloyd Dobler from Say Anything. I love me some Johnny C. and this is by far my favorite role he played. Lloyd is so sweet that during his frist time with Diane, he trembles as he holds her in the back seat of his car that is parked on the beach with "In Your Eyes" playing in the background. Jesus, why isn't my name Diane?
7. Geoffrey Shawcross from Hetty Wainthropp Investigates. Dom's first major work and I adore this character. He is so naturally curious and sweet and funny and just...Cheeky! I adore him. But with him, it'd be like, so sweet love making, not hard core pounding. I'd take my time with this young man.
8. Sam Monroe from "Life as a House". Those damn wounded boys get me everytime. I just want to take him and make all the pain go away. Plus, I mean...hello, SEXY BOY IN SHOWER!
9. Noah from "The Notebook". Yes, a sappy love movie, but he starts off so innocent but then be becomes so passionate about his love. It's a very sexy thing to watch happen to a person.
10. Lastly, we have Mark Darcy from Bridget Jones. I just...I mean..."I like you, just as you are." Come on!! What a great line! Who wouldn't drop their panties at the mention of that!
All right. . . now I pick who needs to keep away the fuzzy tongue curse!

1. Mr. Brightside-The Killers. I heart this song and this video. Did I mention the singer is a total babe? Cause he is. I haven't seen eyeliner worn that well since Velvet Goldmine
2. Satalite-DMB. One of my favorite Dave songs, yet he didn't play it live. The bastard!
3. Spoiled-Joss Stone. Her cd is mostly good, but this song totally stands out. I <3 it.
4. Twentysomething-Jamie Cullum. Because it says just how I feel about my life right now.

First of all:
books i own:
Anything ever forced upon me at BC. No matter how much I hated it I just can't toss it. Lord of the Rings, lots of Tim O'Brien, Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, lots of really random stuff.
last book i bought:
Persuastion by Jane A. I remembered P said she liked it, and I've been on a P&P kick at home, so I figured I'd give it a go. I'm enjoying it so far.
5 books that mean a lot to me:
1. Charlotte's Web. The first book I ever read completely on the potty. And if you know me, now you know where this habit of reading in there began.
2. Tom Cat in Love. Kevin Fucking Flinn gave me a copy to read and Tim O'Brien had become one of my favorite authors. I remember that because of this book, I didn't feel so stupid in PVS when Larry asked about Tim and I was the only one that had read him. Then BAM, American Novels comes around and there is Tim staring up at me from the reading list. :)
3. The Lord of the Ring. Because I love it. Because it makes me cry, laugh, sigh, and just plain feel with every sentence. Because Tolkien loved Sir Gawain and the Green Knight the way I do and placed it through out the whole book. Because it is long. Because of Sam and Merry and Pippin.
4. The Sun Also Rises. I hated Hemingway. Now I love him. End of story.
5. Where the Wild Things Are. My pap used to read this to me.

B-Day was ok. Got to talk to LOTS of people that I never talk to and got tons of voice mail from loved ones. Mom got me "The Incredibles" and "Doogie"...DOOGIE IS SO AWESOME!! Roommate, I can't wait to watch with you cause it is so damn corny!!! :) Anyway, thanks to everyone that called, LJ shouted out, or IMed. Now it's off to see "Sin City".

Alright, West Wing, before you were just a thing that was floating in the toilet. Now, you have totally flushed yourself. Ok, I get Alan Alda was brought in to be the Rep. nom. But bringing Bruno, who helped Martin win back the country after the MS scandal, to work for Alan Alda? I mean, that's just low. That's saying that when they decide if Jimmy Smits or the VP get the Dem. Nom. that they have no chance, which also means that the cast we WW fans so dearly love will have NOTHING to do with the damn show anymore! I mean, it's just like Buffy. Seasons 1-5 were wonderful, but 6 and 7 killed the whole show. West Wing, do not go quietly into that gentle night...FIGHT BACK

Well, because of my new job, I can't come up at the end of March. But because my manager, who put in her two weeks notice yesterday (Boooo, cause I really like her), has given me time to come up for a few days. So March 13, 14, 15, and 16 I will be in Bethany...so I know coming back from Spring Break will suck because that means classes, but I'll be there to welcome you all home!! That is all for now because we're doing MAJOR cleaning so Emily and Katrina will have a clean place to stay tomorrow!!! :)
P.S. Jillian, I owe you the longest telephone call EVER. MISS YOU!

Here's a little update:
1. Still haven't found a job. At this point I have decided that if I have not found a job by the end of March, I'm moving back to PA to live with my grandma for the summer, which would be cool to be near my friends, but would be butt because I think this town will rule during the season.
2. I have done nothing but bought a bunch of movies. Like, 30 of them. Holy jesus did I spend a lot of money.
3. My parents, though I love them, never talk about anything interesting.
4. Weight loss...lol
That about covers it.
